Built by a clinical team that works with sex-addiction recovery every day.
This course comes out of the work clinicians do with people in recovery from compulsive sexual behavior — the same frameworks used in therapy, made free and self-paced so you can start the moment you are ready. It is the course we wished existed when clients first came looking for a way out, written by people who do this work and understand how hard, and how possible, change really is.
Real research Each module is grounded in peer-reviewed research and established clinical frameworks — and names where the evidence is still emerging.
A 13-module course about breaking the cycle, understanding what is underneath it, and building change that lasts.
Each module covers one part of recovery in depth — what is happening in your brain, what it looks and feels like, why it took hold, and what actually helps you move forward.
Who this is for: the person in recovery — whether you are just starting to wonder if you have a problem, are early in sobriety, or have been at this a while and want a steadier path. Whether you have a diagnosis, a therapist, a fellowship, or none of those yet, you belong here. This is a place to learn, at your own pace, in your own privacy.

What happens inside a module.
Every module follows the same five-step arc. About 20–30 minutes, start to finish. Your answers save privately in your browser — no sign-in, and free.
Not sure if this is you?
Many people spend years wondering whether their behavior is really a problem. A short, private self-check can help you see your own patterns more clearly — and decide what you want to do next.
Take a confidential self-check
The Sex Addiction Assessment is a short, private questionnaire. It is a starting point for reflection — a mirror, not a verdict.
Or just start learning
You do not need a label to begin. Many people start with module 1 and let the course speak for itself.
Your results are for you. A self-check is a starting point, not a diagnosis.
Ready to talk to someone?
This course is built to stand on its own. But if working through it makes you want a conversation — about therapy, an assessment, or just where to start — our team is right here.

In a crisis or emergency?
If you may harm yourself or someone else, or can’t stay safe, get urgent help now: in the US call 911 for immediate danger, or call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline); in the UK and Ireland call Samaritans on 116 123; elsewhere, use your local emergency number or crisis line. This program is educational, is not a substitute for care from a professional who knows you, does not create a therapist–client relationship, and is not monitored — no one sees what you write here.
